Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping rates & delivery times
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location and selected service.
Typical delivery estimates (guidance only):
- Domestic: [2–4 business days]
- International: [5–12 business days]
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, courier delays, or peak periods.
Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s rules. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at your cost, or refund the order minus shipping and handling once returned to us.
Lost, delayed, or missing packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package:
- Check with household members/building reception
- Contact the courier with your tracking number
- Email support@staging.maria-shape.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation
We’ll help you open an investigation where applicable.
